The gym

My Karma God...I am seriously starting to love to go to the gym. I feel that it is very important to keep fit. So I have re-started to hit the gym every second day and I spend around 1,5 to 2 hours there. I don't eat fried food, no sodas exept for Boylan sodas that are based on canesugar and no candy. However dark chocolate is included in my diet. I am not as tired as before and it doesn't matter if I only sleep 5 hours a night. That is my normality. I have to force myself to eat breakfast...I haven't really done that for my entire life. But that has changed for the last 2 years. Now you know what I do to keep fit. One day I will tell you what I do every morning and night before hitting my bed.

Looking great Paolo. Love your blog. Congrats on keeping up with the workout and a good diet. You need both to be fit. Breakfast is very important. Try scrambled egg whites (maybe with one yolk)Great source of protein. Skip the bread and have brown rice instead. The the usual chicken breat, fish, protein shake. These work for me to put on muscle. Good luck
