So here is what my hair looks like. Love Ida, she has faded the structure so you can't see any hard lines.
Anyhow, the other picture is when I went to the gym yesterday at 0600 in the morning...I know, I'm crazy. But one day I'll show all of you how I looked a couple of years ago. Sooo skinny and small. Gotta get to work now. Talk later ;)
Was wondering about how do you actually managed to bulk up? Mind sharing? Cause I'm also small and skinny too and wished to have the same physique as you. Hope you're able to share your experience with me. Btw I'm your fan who always visit your blog. :DDD Cheers! Bryan
Well here goes: I work out 4 times a week, 1,5 to 2 hours a pass. When I started to workout I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper. In between those meals I drank 2 proteinshakes. When I gained 10 kg I stopped with the protein and just eat normal food. ALmost no sugar or artificial product. No sodas unless they are natural (some are made with canesugar and no naturalcoloring). I eat pasta, rice, meat, the darkest bread, salads, tuna etc and I eat alot everyday.
Dont forget to strech your muscles after everypass.
Oh man, I'm weighing just 58KG and that additional 10kg will definitely help !!! I'll start eating those food recommended that is high in carbo and protein together with the protein-shakes. In terms of your workout, what do you normally do? Weights, machines, cardio, etc? I believe your endurance level is pretty high with 1.5 to 2 hrs per workout, must really learn from you !!! ")
I always start with cardio for 10-15 min. Then I go on with weights. I have my focus areas such as legs and ass, arms and breats then stomac. After I strech for 10-15 min. I am really lucky that my body has a response time that is really amazing also I dont really sweat...so weird.
